The Netbanx payment solution enables secure online payments. Coop UQAM complies with SSL secure transmission standards and ensures that all transactions made on the site are secure and confidential.

When making an online payment, you will be prompted to enter your credit card number to proceed with the transaction. You will have the option to enter an email address to receive a transaction receipt or print it. Once the number is entered, the data is encoded and sent to the financial institution for approval. Within seconds, the institution analyzes the request and returns a decision. Coop UQAM does not store any credit information. Therefore, you will need to submit your credit information again for each new transaction.

When placing your order, we need your name, email, phone number, billing address, AND delivery address. This allows us to process your orders and ensure follow-up. However, to avoid a rejected authorization request, please note that the billing address must match the one associated with the credit card account. The delivery address, however, may differ.

Coop UQAM does not sell, market, or rent your personal information to third parties in compliance with Law 25.

Cookies are identifiers that allow us to remember the pages you’ve visited, the items you've just added to your cart, and those you selected during your previous visits. Therefore, this function must be activated in your browser. You will not be able to make purchases on our site if cookies are disabled on your computer.

Product Availability
Coop UQAM does not guarantee the availability of the products offered on the site. If Coop UQAM cannot deliver any of the products you ordered due to a stock shortage, Coop UQAM will notify you by email.

Coop UQAM will not be liable for any inconvenience caused by a stock shortage.

Product Delivery
Coop UQAM will deliver the ordered products to the delivery address you provided when placing your order. Shipping fees for most regions in Quebec are $7.00. Delivery times and fees may vary depending on the destination, the chosen delivery method, and the dimensions and weight of the ordered products. Delivery times are estimated from the moment the products leave Coop UQAM’s premises.

For products delivered outside of Canada, you are responsible for all customs clearance fees and any other fees related to exporting outside of Canada.

Product delivery is subject to the rules of the delivery companies with which Coop UQAM works, as well as any other companies Coop UQAM may partner with from time to time. If applicable, you are specifically subject to the rules regarding signing for the receipt of products. If you are absent from the location where you requested Coop UQAM to deliver the products, it will be your responsibility to retrieve the products according to the rules of the delivery company you selected on the site when placing your order.

Coop UQAM must have received full payment for the products before proceeding with their delivery.

In-store pickup is free; two pieces of ID, one with a photo, and order confirmation will be required at pickup.

Return Policy
For cooperative members, a credit note can be obtained within 21 calendar days following the purchase of a product. For any purchase not made by a member, a credit note can be obtained within 7 days following the purchase of a product. Please note that you must present the original receipt, and the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in perfect resellable condition.

For returns related to an online order, please submit your request by email to: web@coopuqam.com. If the product was damaged during delivery, send us a photo of the product and its packaging.

No refunds or exchanges are accepted for the following products:

Textbooks and course notes, except in the case of course cancellation (with proof from the teacher or educational institution) or if the product is out of stock from the publisher.

The purchase of access codes allowing the download of a textbook directly from the publisher’s website.

In accordance with the law, this purchase is for personal use only. Any reproduction, collective use, resale, or rental is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Digital publications may be "watermarked" or subject to electronic protections that limit printing, copying, or transferring to other devices. These measures are at the discretion of each publisher and are intended to better protect authors.

The validity period of download links may vary depending on the publisher.

No exchanges or refunds are allowed, except if the digital publication is defective.
