The kids would start on a low level and earn points every day for completing various tasks, with which they could then buy a range of privileges. #2 I made two charts for the children. One for each child. On each chart, I had written three statements. For each successfully completed task, they would receive a gold star, and if they received three stars, they would receive a small chocolate bar. #3 The report noted that the children were always filthy, and infested with head lice. Their clothes were dirty, smelly, and un-ironed, and they often had wet urine. They had never been taught any basic skills, and they were friendless. #4 The children were also given medication, which helped their ADHD symptoms. Olivia was the worst affected, as her prescription was for a higher dose than her brother?s. She was also the most bizarrely behaved child, as she would write the same word over and over.
